2008-2009 Chatham
Youth Hockey (CYH) Player Registration If your son
or daughter is interested in playing ice hockey, Chatham Youth Hockey is
beginning the registration process for the 2008-2009 season. The first step in this process is
to begin collecting contact information for your son or daughter and their
anticipated level of play.
With this information CYH will begin to confirm the number of
teams, leagues to participate in, ice time and the cost for the coming
season.
Levels of
play: Pee Wees:
birth years 1996 and 1997 Squirts:
birth years 1998 and 1999 Mites: birth
years 2000 and 2001 Mini-mites:
birth years 2002+ Mini-mites
who wish to play at the mite level must receive the permission of Chatham
Youth Hockey to do so.

contact listed on the form.

2008-2009 Coaching
Certification Chatham Youth Hockey's success has always been due to great
kids and strong parent involvement.
To that end, we would like to reach out and encourage more parents
to get involved in our hockey program. This coming year we anticipate 45+
kids interested in the mini and mite program and we need your assistance -
hey, you are at the practices and games anyway! As with all sports these days, to
help you do need to take a coaching clinic. Many of you are familiar with the
This coming September 6th and 7th,
2008 the Atlantic District of
USA Hockey will start to offer it’s coaching certification clinics again.

The dates, times and locations for the clinics can be found

The Level 1 and 2 clinics are very informative and
entertaining. I don't think
you will find a sport with more interesting player, coach and particularly
parent stories than ice hockey.

A reminder that Levels 1 and 2 must be renewed
annually. Last year’s coaches -
please don’t forget to renew.
